12 questions covering the most frequent concerns in the purchasing decision chain
FAQ
How to send samples, how minimum orders work, what standards the figures follow, which export documents are needed — every answer gives facts, not sales talk.
Samples & Ordering
Verify first, then order
Can we get samples for testing first?
Yes. We provide samples for bench-scale testing. Please also send basic information such as sludge type,
oil content / water content, so we can determine chemical selection and formulation direction.
Whether samples are charged and who bears the freight — please confirm with our sales team.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Small-batch orders are supported — especially for scenarios that start with a small trial.
For the specific order quantity please talk with our sales team; we schedule production to actual
demand and set no barriers just to "push volume".
Packaging & Storage
Packaging and storage
What are the packaging and storage requirements?
C50N3: 25 L/drum (main format), 200 L/drum, water-based liquid; powder chemicals 25 kg/bag (PL15's product form and packaging are subject to the ).
Storage requirements: dry and well ventilated; avoid heavy pressure, direct sunlight and rain; do not store together with acids, alkalis, or corrosive chemicals.
How long is the product shelf life?
12 months (from the date of production).
Technical Service
The part beyond the chemicals
What standard does the <2% oil content of the solids follow?
This figure comes from measured results in on-site testing records, applied against the client's acceptance and disposal requirements.
Materials with different oil content, water content, or particle size distribution give different results —
run a bench test first, and let your own material provide the basis.
We don't know if our sludge can be treated. How do we choose a chemical?
Provide material information (oil content, water content, and particle size distribution are enough to start),
and we will give selection and dosing recommendations based on 19 years of field experience, arranging a bench test when necessary.
After receiving a sludge sample, results and dosing recommendations are normally issued within 3–5 working days.
Do you provide on-site technical service?
Yes. From material analysis and process design to on-site commissioning, the process package is delivered together with the chemicals —
the same chemical used differently gives completely different treatment results, and that is exactly the value of field experience.
A hazardous waste plant wants to upgrade its oil sludge treatment line — what can you do?
In November 2024 we completed an upgrade plan for oil sludge treatment at hazardous waste treatment plants.
The approach is to put "chemical separation" at the very front: recover the oil first and bring down the oil content,
then send the reduced material to thermal desorption or incineration, leaving a lighter load downstream.
We can provide evaluation and retrofit recommendations for chemical pre-treatment volume reduction (see the
hazardous waste plant upgrade solution).
Export & Commercial
Documents, certificates and payment
What export documents are needed? Do you have export experience?
Bilingual Chinese/English , transport certificates, and customs declaration documents are all in place;
products have been exported to multiple countries and regions and regions, with bulk supply capability verified by a large-volume export order;
contract templates support the Sinosure framework.
Are there test reports or certification documents?
Product (current version 2025-01-01) and certificate of conformity samples are provided;
on-site testing records from a major Chinese oil & gas group-system bases can serve as evidence of application performance.
How do payment and invoicing work?
Payment terms and invoicing details follow the "Ways to Work" section of the
Contact page, all executed as agreed in the contract.
