The following are the company's main projects and deliveries. For details of specific projects, please contact our sales team.
East China branch / South China branch. Cooperation period September 2023 – April 2024, multiple deliveries totaling 10 t of C50N3 and 0.5 t of PL15.
The system covers multiple oil and gas production bases in China, and its core requirements for chemicals are batch consistency and on-site response speed. Ruituxiang completed four consecutive batch deliveries.
Contract awarded in 2020; completed the oily cuttings volume reduction module work on the offshore platform: a complete construction technical plan, safety system documentation, and testing record forms were prepared; certified operating personnel were assigned (including seafarer medical checks and laboratory analyst qualifications), and the equipment held explosion-proof certificates and typhoon-resistance proof.
2018–2023. Signed a 5-year oil sludge treatment contract with a hazardous waste operator in Northeast China Environmental Protection, using a chemical-plus-centrifuge (water wash) process, with the treatment facility built on the client's site. Annual treatment capacity is at the 10,000-tonne scale, with the disposal standard set at oil content of the solids <2%.
This project verified the feasibility of Ruituxiang's "asset-light entry + chemical process export" model — the chemicals and process package go in, while the heavy assets are carried by the client's site.
2021–2022. Completed the presentation of an environmental-chemical-based oily sludge treatment plan and chemical supply.
The plan went through multiple version iterations, continuously adapting to the sludge characteristics of different production plants across the an oilfield in East China. The plan is not a single document, but a process route continuously revised with the sludge properties.
A shipyard in East China — supply completed; for the Hunan Lantian (East China) project, the client's full name and ownership relationship are subject to archive confirmation.
Shipyard scenarios are intermittent and strongly batch-driven, entirely different from the continuous rhythm of oilfield treatment. Ruituxiang adapts with a small-batch rapid response model to meet the intermittent, batch-based supply needs of shipyards.
Products are exported to multiple countries and regions: the Middle East, Central Asia, Angola, Kuwait, Brazil, India, Syria, and Chile. Chinese and English and a full set of export documents are in place.
Completed site surveys (evaporation ponds EVP 1/2, oil sludge pits OP 1/2), sample collection and testing, and prepared PWA-related documents.
Bulk supply capability verified by a large-volume order; established Sinosure contract templates and a country-based quotation system.
Completed the chemical export, together with localized adaptation of the documents.
Completed early-stage qualification alignment at the Central Asian oilfields and Central Asian oilfields oil and gas fields.
